We have the Baby Sense video monitor (V24US model). I've been really happy with it. We bought it 3 years ago when my oldest was born and recently added a second camera when my 4 month old was born. At this point, the markings on the buttons are starting to wear off and the battery life seems to be diminishing at bit but otherwise it still works great! Things I like: - decent range. We have 5 acres so I can't quite get to the other side of our property but works well within 80ish yards from our house. - battery life is still pretty good, lasts 4-5 hours after 3 years of daily use. -Uses standard mini USB charger -clear picture, pretty easy to see if eyes are open or shut -small enough to fit in a pocket, similar to a small smart phone but a little thicker. The only downside I've found so far is that I can't pair a second parent unit with both cameras.

https://amzn.eu/d/dF5x4rY We got the Baby Sense Max View in the Prime day deals, really good so far but baby is only 5 weeks old so it's only been used whilst I've nipped to the toilet or to the kitchen 5ft away from him to get water! It's seems really good though, can see a lot of detail, clear picture and audio and no signal issues which I worried about due to thick old walls.

We have a Babysense one. Comes with 2 cameras (we keep one at my mums and just bring the monitor unit with us). Covers the whole of our house and now he sleeps in the back room we can go halfway up the garden no problem. 4 bed semi for size comparison. It can go a bit fuzzy when the microwave is on and it's in the same room.

We have a Babysense monitor because I didn't want it to need my phone or wifi either. It came with two cameras and we got a third. I will say the split screen is divided between cameras 1&2 and cameras 3&4. You can't split screen between say cameras 2&3 or 1&4. But you can go from split 1/2 to split 3/4 very easy. I don't know if it's the BEST but my husband did the research and he's into tech as well as into cyber security, so I'm pretty confident in his choice.
