Dr. Brown's Sterilizer and Dryer

I stan Dr. Brown's sterilizer. I got it at my baby shower, and we use it religiously. I have a basin in my sink that we use to fill with babas and then I give them a quick wash with soap and hot water. Then they go into the sterilizer and are perfectly dry and ready to use. It might be one of the most used gifts I got from my shower! You don't HAVE to get it, but it's a great item to have imo.

We love our Dr. brown's sterilizer because it dries them at the same time. Way easier than even the dishwasher or air drying. Knowing we have six ready to go is great for my peace of mind.

Dr. Browns. The Baby Brezza smelled like an electrical fire and it got to the point I sat and watched to see what was going on. The thing literally smokes from plastic burning, and I am not talking about the steam coming out of it. The smoke comes out of different vents and if you smell it will sting your nose and you will smell nothing but burnt plastic for 24 hours. Not to mention the bottles smell as well. I used to think they were ridiculous and unnecessary but then my baby was hospitalized for a terrible stomach bug and my tune changed. Now I'm just thinking about how she's in daycare and getting exposed to sooo much and I wanna do all I can to mitigate that and protect her. Not one that you mentioned but I love my Dr. Browns one. You can fit a lot more than it says, and use any bottles (others can do the same). It's also at a better price point imo.

I've never had anything come out not squeaky clean and we use the Dr. Browns bottles with the extra parts. We used to use the Phillips bottles in this as well until we switched bottles. I think we've gone away for a night and stored all the dirty bottles and waited to wash them until we got home and no issues getting them clean. My husband does a quick rinse on the bottles before loading them, I barely rinse the bottles and never rinse the parts. Let me know if you have any other questions about it!

We have the Dr Browns and love it. We also tried to go without and gave in but now cannot live without it. We use it for bottles, pacifiers, and pump parts.

I have been using the dr. Browns dryer and sterilizer and it does the job. I was hesitant in buying it for baby 2 because I didn't want another thing on my counter but so glad we did. I use it daily

I don't have one that washes (too pricey for me), but I do have the Dr Browns sterilizer and dryer. The dryer function is great! Not sure why pump parts and bottles take 1,000 years to air dry. 😂

Dr Browns sterilizer has served us pretty well. It does seem like the basket can accommodate more small parts than the Baby Brezza. Images for the Dr Browns show 6 bottles fitting into the main compartment, but I've packed 10 in there before by sticking the vents inside the bottles. The only complaint is that it beeps fairly loudly when the drying cycle completes and it doesn't appear that you can turn that off. We have a doctor browns (I believe that's the brand) sterilizer and dryer combo and we use it after every bottle wash, mostly just because it's flu season and the drying mechanic is very helpful to "set and forget" until it either finishes or we need to pull a bottle. They can be expensive and aren't really a "need" but if you have the means to get one I would personally recommend it

Worth it personally. We have the Dr browns one and we still use it at 14 months. Mostly because we like the dry setting.

I had a baby brezza and I really liked it. We moved when I was pregnant with my second and it got lost so now we have a dr browns which seems to work the same. I didn't want to use plastic bottles either so I got glass Philips avent bottles. Both of my sons took to them and I was able to breastfeed and pump at work without issues.

We eventually upgraded to a Momcozy bottle washer because bottle and pump part washing was consuming too much time for me, but we were initially using the Dr. Browns sterilizer/dryer and it worked great. I used it for bottles and pump parts, and it holds a good amount. If you have the funds though, a bottle washer is like, quintessential for my parenting experience at this point. My baby is in daycare now, so I don't know what I would do without it.

Like some others have said, GET THE ALL IN ONE THAT WASHES THEM TOO! I have the dr browns one that only sterilizes and dries them so I still have to hand wash but after 7 months of having to clean bottles just about every single day I want to cry every. single. time. I wish I could hire someone solely to wash my baby's bottles. The ones that wash the bottles are a bit pricy but personally I wish I had just spent the money on it. 😭

I purchased a dr. Browns dryer/sterilizer. I don't mind washing, I do mind waiting. I might buy a baby brezza washer but I'm unsure if I really want it. I'll wait to see what my supply is like before I spend that money

No—it isn't necessary but I will say it's made my life substantially easier since my baby (8w) joined us. I have the Dr Brown sterilizer and I soak everything in hot water and soap first and then quickly wash before putting it in the sterilizer. I don't worry as much about how thorough I am since I have the sterilizer. Like others have said, the drying feature is also extremely helpful. Plus, I run my pump parts through it at least once a day too. My baby is bottle fed. We run the sterilizer (with drying feature) about 3x a day. For the $80 it cost, I feel like we've already gotten our money's worth!

I like my Dr Brown's. I put my phalanges in there when I was pumping and I used it multiple times a day with bottles. My only complaint is that it only fits 6 bottles at a time.

I got a Dr browns and we like it. But to be honest, I wish I knew about the washer/sterilizer/dryer units. I would have definitely put that on my registry!!!

We have the Dr. Browns one - we like it's utility but it's lifespan might be a bit low. Our boy is 4 months and it already makes a very painful sound when drying 😬 Just adding that in case you were considering it!
