THE FRIDA GROW WITH ME RULES. we have bathtubs and still love it because it saves our backs. We're gonna use it until she literally doesn't fit, lol. All frida stuff is so well designed. Edit - sorry I totally missed where you said you didn't want a baby tub because I am so obsessed with the frida grow with me lol
'RULES', 'obsessed', saves backs, plan to use until outgrown, 'so well designed' — extremely enthusiastic
We have the frida 3-1 grow with me tub & my LO loves it. He's 10 weeks old and could be in the crankiest mood, but put him in the tub, and he's so content with life hahah
Baby loves it, calming effect even when cranky at 10 weeks — enthusiastic about soothing quality
We still use our Frida bathtub for our 2.5 yo!
Still in use at 2.5 years old — demonstrates excellent longevity
we still use the fridababy tub for our 2.5yo. We even used it in our old tub bc it saved water and time. thinking about switching to a foldable one like the OXO bc the toddler likes to lounge in the tub lol. Then we can use the fridababy one for the newborn!
2.5yo still uses it, saved water and time, planning to reuse for newborn — strong longevity and value
That's awesome! I ended up getting the Frida baby tub and we're using it without any inserts. It's a good size for her and once she outgrows it, into the big tub she goes. Thank you for your recommendation though, I'll keep it in mind if anyone else asks for recs.
'Good size', using without inserts — practical positive, straightforward satisfaction
We got the Frida baby one after my baby grew out of the angelcare one but i didn't love the sling because she could kinda get out of it once she was more active around 5 months. I would recommend sourcing options from your local buy nothing group to try them out!
'Didn't love the sling', baby could escape at 5 months — mixed, functional but not great
The Frida bathtub has not been ideal. It's fine, I'm not going to replace it, but my LO almost sized out of the youngest baby setting (for babies that can't support their head, it keeps them mostly on their back) before he was ready for the next setting. It's a good concept and probably works great for the vast majority of babies, but I wouldn't get it again, personally.
'Not ideal', 'wouldn't get it again' — sizing gap between stages is a real problem for big babies
We've used our frida bathtub twice since we had our now 10.5 month old. I've always preferred showering with him 😬
Only used twice in 10.5 months — effectively unused, prefers showering instead
Not OC but I didn't like the Frida because my baby never say in it correctly. He would slide down and there was no support in the hammock so he would almost fold up. Then when you use the seat part with the leg holes, it's so hard to clean the butt or front area. Just was NOT impressed overall.
'NOT impressed', baby slides and folds up in hammock, seat part hard to clean private areas — detailed negative
