I had a Graco modes nest and I LOVED it. My son is 19 months now and I just gave it to my step sister for her baby, if I have another baby I will be buying it again. We moved into a Graco turn2me when we went to convertible. I didnt feel like I needed a turning seat when he was in his infant seat.
LOVED it with 19 months use. Would repurchase - strongest satisfaction indicator. Continued Graco brand loyalty.
I'm so late to this post, but I have the Graco Modes Pramette Travel System, and it's been amazing! Super versatile with the reversible seat and SnugRide 35 car seat. I love that it transitions so easily from infant to toddler. Highly recommend grabbing it during these Black Friday deals—it's such a steal!

Travel system, hands down. Even better if you can get one where you have bases that it clicks into so you only have to install a base in each car. I can't tell you how easy and amazing it is to just pop out the car seat and pop that into the stroller esp when they're little, but we still do it for my 10 month old too to run into the store, doctor, etc. Then you have the option on some (we have Graco modes) where if you don't want the bulk you can just use the child seat or bassinet. The child se...
'Easy and amazing' click-in system still used at 10 months/20.5 lbs. Highlights versatility: child seat, bassinet, or car seat modes. Reversible seating direction.
I have the Graco Modes Nest and I love it! I just couldn't rationalize spending over $1k on a stroller and the Graco Modes Nest has a great infant seat, a bassinet feature that turns into the toddler seat for the stroller. It folds super easy and isn't too heavy.
'I love it' — chose Modes Nest as value alternative to $1k+ strollers. Highlights bassinet-to-toddler conversion, easy fold, manageable weight.
I'm no expert but we have the Graco Modes (like the most basic model I believe? It was fairly cheap compared to others) and we have loved it so far! I wanted a cheaper infant seat since they all have to pass the same tests and standards anyways and knew we'd have to upgrade to a bigger convertible carseat eventually anyways. The infant seat clicks into the stroller base easily, and so does a bassinet/pram style thing (tbh we never used it pram style), which then folds down into the toddler seat.

We have the Graco modes nest travel system and have been happy with it! The stroller seat converts to a bassinet which was great for when he was a newborn. There only thing I wish it had was one hand fold, but there's only been a time or two I've really wished for it. But it's super easy to use and has held up really well over the past 6 months and we are NOT gentle on it, lol. I love that the car seat it comes with has a single button to adjust the handle rather than having to push both sides.
6 months of heavy use, great durability despite rough handling. Loves bassinet conversion and single-button handle adjustment. Minor wish for one-hand fold.
We have the Graco modes nest system and I love it!! Bubs is 11mo and out of the bucket seat now but the toddler seat works really well! It took a few tries to get used to folding it and unfolding but I got the hang of it really quick! It's also very smooth on most of the terrain weve used it on(nothing super rough yet)
11 months use, loves it. Successfully transitioned to toddler seat, smooth on various terrains. Quick learning curve on folding.
I did have the entire travel system for the modes, it came with the in infant carrier, stroller, and base. And yes the bassinet comes with it and that's truly why we bought it, it was so so so convenient! I will say it's a smidge bulky, but also I think some of that is because I'm only 5'0 tall so some of the logistics of it for me we're a little awkward. I had no issues getting it in and out of the car by myself though!
Bought for included bassinet — 'so so so convenient.' At 5'0" finds it slightly bulky but still manages solo car loading. Full travel system with carrier, stroller, and base.
I got the Graco Modes Pramette and really like it! Good size, comes with car seat and converts to a bassinet for infants!
'Really like it' — good size, included car seat, bassinet conversion for infants. All-in-one value at budget price point.
We did the Graco Modes Element travel system, it is lightweight and easy folding. The car seat locks right into the stroller base, and there is a toddler seat conversion. The wheels are plastic but we've had no issues so far and it turns very smoothly. It wasn't overly expensive either
Lightweight, easy folding, smooth turning, affordable. No issues with plastic wheels.
I have one of the graco modes travel systems. Can't remember which one exactly as I bought it 1.5 years ago. But the infant bucket seat can be attached directly onto the stroller, which is so nice if baby fell asleep in the car seat and you need the stroller. It rides really smooth. Graco also has great deals sometimes. I got the stroller, the infant bucket seat, and the car base for under 300 bucks. Im 4'9 so being super small, it was important that I could easily lift the stroller into my suv
1.5 years use, smooth ride, excellent value under $300. Important perspective from petite user (4'9) who can handle it easily.
We have the Graco Modes Pramette and have gotten a ton of use out of it over the last 3 years! It's big and clunky but it has held up great. You could spend more and get something a little lighter, or a little easier to fold, but it just didn't seem worth the cost for us.
3 years of heavy use and 'held up great.' Acknowledges big/clunky but considers premium alternatives not worth the extra cost. Excellent durability testimony.
You might look at other Graco models if you like the brand. I use a Graco travel system (the Modes Trio from Walmart) and the bassinet/seat portion is currently in my daughter's closet, while the metal frame lives in our car. We attach the car seat directly to the frame with no issue.
Uses Modes Trio daily — metal frame lives in car for quick car seat attachment. Practical modular use: bassinet stored separately, frame always ready.
We did the Graco Click-Connect Jogger stroller and it still had lots of life left after 2 babies. It even fit in the hatch of our Prius if we removed the front wheel. Definitely recommend.

I went with the travel system or 3-in-1 from Graco Corso (KeyFit35). Our thinking was even if we didn't get 3 full years out of it we could use it again for the 2nd. We've had it a total of 29 months now and we still use it in some shape or format daily. Different use cases: 1. Rear facing (present) and forward facing car seat (future) 2. Infant Stroller (present) - click in the required attachment 3. Car seat stroller (present) - if we're making short trips the toddler walks and baby sleeps

We went with Graco, we got the infant bucket seat (this may not be important to you but it was for us, if it's not something you want, you can do a convertible car seat right away!) and then got the Graco 3-1 modes stroller. It fits any Graco car seat, it lays down to a bassinet and then works for a toddler too. It was the most reasonably priced so that's what we went with! It's all pretty lightweight.

Price really matters here. There's some top of the line stuff that can do a lot. Then there's the budget friendly Graco that I went with. It's the 3 in 1. So it comes with the bucket seat and a bassinet attachment that converts to a sit up stroller seat. It's everything you need. You can have the baby facing you or away. It's a really nice stroller and car seat for the price. The only downside is it's not very compact. I have a Nissan Rogue and it takes up a big portion of the trunk.
