The great thing about the U-shaped pillows as opposed to a regular body pillow is that when you flip from one side to the other, you don't have to drag the body pillow with you so that you can still wrap your arms/legs around it. Plus, you've always got one supporting your back at the same time. PLUS, it's all one unit with your head pillow also so it eliminates the problem of pillows sliding away from you that you have to keep adjusting. I have the queen rose E shaped one (C shape with a wedge). Seriously couldn't have made it through my last pregnancy without it! My only regret was not buying it sooner. I got the bamboo cover for it too so I wouldn't get too hot with it. Now my 16 year old uses it just because it's such a comfortable pillow to lay on 🤣🤣
