Oh gosh. My boys are 6, but swings were such a life saver! We had the Graco Duet Soothe Swing and Rocker then and I honestly couldn't even imagine not having them. We used them forever too, they started to creak under their weight😂😂 I had them set up in my living room and they would often nap in them too 🤷🏻♀️ needs must. I would honestly get two if you can, or ask for someone to gift you the 2nd. The cool thing about the duet sooth is that the seat detaches and you can bring baby out and do...
Life saver, couldnt imagine not having them, used extensively until outgrown, recommends getting two for twins, highlights detachable seat
Yes!! Graco duet for sure. I used them for my twins and them passed it along to a friend having twins and we both LOVED them
LOVED them for twins, passed to friend who also loved them — strong endorsement with social proof
I had a Velcro newborn- he's 4 months now. I couldn't put him down at all. I constantly carried him all day. I have the baby delight bouncer and another one. But he wanted something faster. I found the Graco DuoGlider Rascal and he LOVES it. I can leave him in there- supervised 30 min-1 hour while doing chores or eating. It's pricey but I'm so glad I got it and I wish it got it sooner or put it on my registry.
Velcro baby LOVES it, 30 min-1 hour supervised use, solved problem that other bouncers couldnt, wishes got it sooner — strong endorsement for difficult baby
Babybjorn and Graco Swing are must haves!
Calls it a must have alongside BabyBjorn — strong endorsement
We have a swing/bouncer combo from Graco! We move the bouncer part around the house so she can sit and watch like when I wash bottles; empty the dishwasher, or fold laundry. When I need a few minutes I put her in it with high contrast YouTube videos so I can rest or drink my coffee. We keep the swing base in the dining room and it has been perfect for us eating dinner or when my husband grades assignments or works on his class.
Perfect for dinner time, portable bouncer part moves around house, specific daily use cases (bottles, dishwasher, laundry, dinner)
Seconding this! My 4 month old loves it as a swing and as a bouncer, and I love that it's both in one (one less thing around the house + a designated place to put the bouncer "away" when not in use).
4 month old loves both modes, appreciates 2-in-1 space saving design
I have a Graco/Bouncer duo. It swings 3-ways, plays music and white noise, plugged in or battery. It also has 3 stars hanging from the top my son LOVES to look at. I love it because the bouncer can be moved around the house. It can also vibrates if batteries are put in it. The cover is washing machine washable. Now, the swing is not small, but I really like that it's multi purpose. https://www.gracobaby.com/en-US/duetconnect-swing-bouncer-103661 I got mine at Target and it was a little cheap...
Loves the multi-purpose design (3-way swing + bouncer), son loves the stars, washable cover, plugs in or uses batteries — detailed positive review
YES! I'm sure every kid is different. We had a Graco side to side and front to back setting handed down to us and it was life until just this past week (4.5 months). She kicks too much now for it, but that swing allowed me so much precious time to do quick things around the house.
It was life for 4.5 months, both swing directions, gave precious time for chores — strong positive with specific duration of use
We just had a standard Graco. Worked like a charm.
Worked like a charm — simple positive endorsement with high upvotes
We have the Graco Duet, too and it really is the best. I love that you can change the direction of the swing so easily and that it detaches to become a rocker. One of my boys digs the side-to-side swing while the other is all about the back and forth. We have a second one (thanks Nana!) but they do take up a lot of floor space and we haven't figured out how to fit it in our living room.
Really is the best, easy direction change, detaches to rocker, different babies prefer different directions — detailed positive with minor space concern
In my experience yes they are worth it. My first born snd current LO love(d) the swing. I just have a basic graco simple sway. My 10 week old also loves his bouncer. It is a bouncer/rocker and we have it set up as a rocker currently. He sits in it and I can rock it with my foot. It can give me a much needed break if he wants to be constantly rocked to sleep. It also has a vibration function which he likes. I also find the more places you have available for a quick put down the better. If the ...
Both first born and current baby love the Graco Simple Sway, gives much needed break, portable room to room — positive across two babies
This is what we have! Best of both worlds. (And we don't have money for a baby bjorn..lol) Graco ConnectDuet LX Seat & Bouncer is the model we got
Best of both worlds at more affordable price than BabyBjorn, names specific model — budget-conscious positive
I had the swing, I think it's Graco, that you can swing front back, side to side, and remove the seat and use as a rocker. That way I had a safe space for baby in any room and I didn't have two separate things lying around
Multi-direction swing plus removable rocker seat, safe space in any room, space-efficient — positive for versatility
Twin A liked my Graco Swing. And my Twin B liked the Mamaroo. Highly suggest getting one used on Marketplace. Especially the Mamaroo.
One twin liked Graco specifically, practical advice to buy used — positive with baby-preference note
