Basic Ruvalino from Amazon was perfect; lasted through both kids until they were out of diapers, then gave it away
I can't recommend the Ruvalino enough! (And I'm also a light traveler who usually went 'pockets only' before motherhood.) https://a.co/d/2GX1G9e

Tons of pockets for organization, includes changing pad and insulated bottle pockets, does not look like a diaper bag, gender-neutral — practical and holds a lot

Had the Ruvalino from Amazon but too many pockets made it impossible to find what was needed; switched to simpler Target bag
I'm literally on this post because I have a Ruvalino and am in search for a better diaper backpack. This bag barely fits anything!
Actively searching for a replacement because the Ruvalino barely fits anything — durability of recommendation is low
