
Chicco Duo if you prefer glass cause it's glass inside and plastic on the outside. Otherwise MAM have worked amazing for our daughter reflux plus it was an easy microwave sterilize option with its own parts

I will scream lansinoh until I'm blue in the face. My baby had so many feeding issues, killing my BFing dreams. Lansinoh are the only bottles he gets a good latch on and doesn't click and choke. I use the lansinoh nipples on the Chicco duo bottles too

FWIW, my Chicco duos don't fit on my knockoff Spectra flanges. They look and feel like they should, but they don't quite screw on. Maybe they work with OG Spectra flanges though? I'm pumping into either glass bottles or Boon Nursh bottles. The glass ones are Matyz and need a gasket to stay screwed on securely, which is annoying to wash. The Boon Nursh bottles needed a special adapter. There do seem to be quite a few adapters out there for different bottle types though, if you have a different ...

I used the pigeon nipple specifically (manufactured by same company as lansinoh but it's a softer silicone I think) and it worked fine in the chicco cap!

We started with hand me down Phillip advents, but have moved over to Chicco Duos as they are much easier to use in our workflow (which includes pumping directly into them). They are glass lined, but plastic exteriors. Much lighter weight (for pumping) and take a lansinoh nipple as well.
