I found nursing pillows so difficult with my first. I splurged on a Blessed Nest buckwheat pillow with my second and it was night-and-day. You can adjust it into any position. My nearly 2 year old still loves to use it.
"Night-and-day" improvement over first child's experience. Splurged (implies price is higher), adjustable to any position, still using at nearly 2 years old
Check out the Blessed Nest. It's loosely filled with buckwheat so you can mold it under the baby as you like. I was amazed what a difference that made - I have a Brest Friend and a Boppy and the baby just rolls off of those in comparison. It's the best one no contest.
Owns all three pillows (MBF, Boppy, Blessed Nest), says Blessed Nest is "the best one no contest." Specific detail: buckwheat fill, moldable, baby doesn't roll off compared to others
Blessed nest Nesting pillow. I cannot get comfortable with any other breastfeeding pillow. This one molds to how you want it because it's filled with buckwheat hulls. Do you can raise or lower baby's head and mold it to her body. With every other pillow I was using additional blankets and having to put my legs in different positions to get my baby where I wanted her. This pillow is amazing. It's a little heavy so it feels so secure on your lap.
Cannot get comfortable with any other pillow, describes moldability (raise/lower head), buckwheat hulls, secure weight. Comparison: needed blankets and leg adjustments with other pillows
It doesn't have nearly the market share of the big two but it's by far the best! The worst thing I can say about Brest Friend is that it's too horizontal - you get better digestion (and better eye contact) from upright positions, and the Blessed Nest accommodates those much better than the typical around-the-body pillows
"By far the best" — cites specific advantage: accommodates upright positions for better digestion and eye contact, unlike MBF's horizontal design
I've been using the Blessed Nest Organic Nursing Pillow for the last 10 months! I use the Boppy only as a way to prop up the Blessed Nest Pillow into a perfect pillow. I like that it is flexible and you can reshape it (it is filled with buckwheat hulls). The Boppy never worked for me, I hate it for breastfeeding.
10 months of continuous use, flexible and reshapeable (buckwheat hulls), uses Boppy only as a prop for it. Direct negative comparison with Boppy for nursing
I had someone gift me a blessed nest pillow and I am obsessed. EVERY nicu nurse commented on it as did my doula and the early intervention folks who came to the house. It's versatile, useful and organic ♥️
"Obsessed" — specific social proof: NICU nurses, doula, and early intervention professionals all commented positively. Notes versatility and organic materials
