I use lansinoh for my baby. It's the best.

[Pigeon](https://www.pigeon.com/) We tried a lot of bottles. Pigeon is the winner. They are compatible with the highly recommended Lansinoh. Just offer some higher quality bottle options (PPSU, Glass, etc). I have Tommee Tippee, Mam and Lansinoh bottles. Lansinoh is the best, I love it! I think my baby prefers it too.

I love the avent bottles with the lansinoh nipples. We did also use lots of Dr brown at fist cuz that's what we were gifted and that is unfortunately but predictably what the little one showed a preference for. I stopped nursing when his first tooth came in around 6months. Before the tooth erupted, dude was already willing his head up while latched so the nipple stretched and popped out of his mouth… I gave him 3strikes once that tooth came in and we were done. I exclusively pumped from th...

Lansinoh bottles. Hard to get in random stores, at least here in Canada, but highly recommended by my LC as the nipple is the closest to the breast in babies mouth. We tried Como Tomo, Avent, Dr Brown - all failed but those. he loves them! no problem switching back and forth between nursing and bottle feed if that's what you are after! You can get them on Amazon

i tried dr browns, philip avent, evenflo, and lansinoh for my baby who had latch issues. Lansinoh was the best

My best friend found Mam worked best for her son. My son handled Lansinoh nipples well.

I own the Gulicola bottles too, and they worked great! Sometimes the dupe is better than the name brand, when the name brand is marked in lead paint 🤣 I probably shouldn't joke about it because OP does not need to worry about the old scandal, today's Lansinoh/Pigeon bottles are perfectly fine. Today I would just get the name brand. But in 2024 I was kinda annoyed by the whole debacle, so all my "Lansinoh" bottles are actually off-brand like Gulicola.

Also, different brand nipples can fit in other brand's bottle collars. We had a bunch of Phillips Avent bottles and just used Lansinoh nipples in them without any issues. The Phillips anti-colic tongue insert was useful for a bit too, so it was a good combo.

I will scream lansinoh until I'm blue in the face. My baby had so many feeding issues, killing my BFing dreams. Lansinoh are the only bottles he gets a good latch on and doesn't click and choke. I use the lansinoh nipples on the Chicco duo bottles too

Agreed! The "boob" shaped nipples, like Avent or Boon or Comotomo are actually poorly designed and promote a straw-like latch/sucking skill. Probably fine if your baby is exclusively bottle-fed, but for babies that will also be directly breastfed a lot of the time, you want a gradually flared base so baby can latch similarly to how they latch on a boob. Babies take up a lot of breast tissue into their mouths with a good latch, not just the nipple! So you want a bottle nipple shape that allows fo...

If breastfeeding, most IBLC will say lansinoh, Pigeon and another. But some babies just like some better than others. We got a small box of several brands to try before buying a lot of bottles! Some daycares only accept certain materials too. My hot take is anything glass or silicone over plastic.

My lactation consultant also said lansinoh just came out with a slow flow nipple called XS and is a good option for breastfeeding and bottle feeding

I use Phillips Avent with a size 1 nipple. Baby is 5 weeks, this is the only one she doesn't choke on, after trying just about everything else. She liked the Lansinoh, too but I find myself having the Philips because they fit my pump.

Just a note that many daycares do not accept glass so keep this in mind if baby has to go to daycare at any point! We chose stainless steel pura Kiki bottles with pigeon or Lansinoh nipples recommended by our lactation consultant. A little pricey but quick to heat and you don't have to worry about the microplastic issue of warming plastic bottles. We found some used on fb marketplace. It also doesn't break like glass. I've heard life factory is also manufacturing a stainless steel bottle now.

We have something like 18 bottles and are EFF. Our dishwasher doesn't sanitize, so we bought a sanitizer/dryer and use it a ton. (Really came in clutch when our baby had thrush.) We also have a bottle washing wand because we wash by hand. I'd recommend getting a variety of bottles with different nipples to see what your kid will like. Preferences can change, too. Our kid liked Phillips Avent until about 2 months old, then it was all Lansinoh. Dr. Brown have been neutral from the start. We als...

Lansinoh bottles have been my favorite! My breastfed newborn does great with them.

We did Lansinoh glass bottles at our lactation consultant's recommendation!

my baby accepted only lansinoh bottle
Generally positive context based on recommendation/usage
Lansinoh were the only brand my LO would take after a short stint with dr browns narrows.

I used the pigeon nipple specifically (manufactured by same company as lansinoh but it's a softer silicone I think) and it worked fine in the chicco cap!

Have you tried the medium flow teats for Lansinoh yet? I recently tried to up the size but all 6 teats don't drip milk at all whereas the slow flow has a steady drip. And my baby seemed to drink even slower with the medium. The bottle and teat shape are working so well that I'm really worried about not being able to size up with the Lansinoh bottles.

We started with hand me down Phillip advents, but have moved over to Chicco Duos as they are much easier to use in our workflow (which includes pumping directly into them). They are glass lined, but plastic exteriors. Much lighter weight (for pumping) and take a lansinoh nipple as well.

100%! I originally started giving my baby pumped milk using MAM bottles but after a while he started rejecting them. After I started using the lansinoh ones, we haven't looked back. Also, because of the shape of the teat(I think), o have noticed his latch while nursing from the breast has massively improved.

My lactation consultant recommend Pigeon, Lansinoh and Dr Browns. We used both Pigeon and Lansinoh and they worked well.

Our daycare doesn't accept glass bottles, so we use Pura Kiki stainless steel bottles with Lansinoh nipples 😊

Our LC recommended the Lansinosh bottles, Evenflo balance+ wide neck, or Dr. Browns wide neck. We used Evenflo

Our LC recommended Lansinoh, too. And there are slow-flow nipples you can get, either Lansinoh brand or Pidgeon brand.

I had the opposite experience so it really is going to depend on baby. We have so many Dr Brown bottles and she hates them (both the wide mouth and the narrow). Yes, with almost any bottle you will have to determine what nipple flow will work best for you and your little one. For us, we attempted the Dr Brown with a premie and a level 1 flow (also per lactation consultant as these were the bottles we had registered for) but after 2 months of age she was too frustrated by the slow flow. I perso...
Positive overall with minor caveat noted
Like I've seen a few others say - My IBCLC also suggested the Lansinoh bottles, and they have worked the best for my son. I feel like the main drawback with using different types of bottles is that it will quickly become annoying to have to organize all the different parts. It's a lot more straightforward if all the bottle parts you have work together and you don't have to sort them. I had a lot of different bottles passed down to me from friends, and it was super overwhelming.

You would be correct! :( I'm stuck with my plastic lansinoh bottles (we luckily don't have to heat the milk bc baby takes cold- so I guess that's better than nothing) but I was about to place an order a month or so ago for the glass ones and found that they tested high levels of heavy metals/lead! Sucks because it's the only nipple my baby will take !

We used the lansinoh slow flow and the dr browns level 1 when he was little. Eventually moved up to the medium flow and lansinoh brand only (I have a fast let down and he was getting frustrated with the bottle being slow).
