I have both baby bub and a pharmedoc c-shaped body pillow. I've been sleeping with the pharmedoc over the last 3 weeks or so and honestly love it but not necessarily for pregnancy reasons lol. I got a Pharmedoc at like 15 weeks and it's my best friend. I do get hot sometimes (but that happened before I had it too. I love having the support for my arms and between legs. No back problems since I started using it — and I have had back problems for 20 years! Love that I can roll over without moving the pillow and it still works.

I can't recommend the Eli & Elm Pregnancy Body Pillow enough. I couldn't stand those larger Pharmedoc ones. It was a huge pain getting in and out of bed and it takes up half the bed! I've gone through atleast 5 pregnancy/body pillows and a lot of them didn't have a lot of head support. I think this pillow has a full queen size pillow attached to it. I've noticed a lot of pregnancy pillows neglect the head portion, so this was a huge selling point for me.

I tried a Pharmedoc, newton baby, queen rose, snoogle, and two coop home goods maternity pillows, as well as the babybub. Not a single one worked for me and I felt like I was losing my mind. Ok, I went through a lot of pregnancy pillows before I found "the one" but everyone is different. I'd ask for her input here because sleep and comfort is sacred - helping her do the research based on her needs is a lot more valuable than surprising her with one she might not jive with.
