We have a leapfrog LF915 and think it's great. Good battery life on the screen, excellent picture quality and have found it really handy that it has a temperature monitor too to help judge which sleeping bag to put baby in. It can play lullabies and you can speak to baby through it but haven't really used those features much to be honest. https://www.johnlewis.com/leapfrog-lf915hd-5inch-ptz-video-baby-monitor/p109345125#product

We just upgraded from VTech Audio only to LeapFrog LF2415. It's video, audio, temperature and nightlight but doesn't require Wi-Fi and is a closed system. It was on sale at Argos a couple weeks ago. I think we payed about £85. Can really recommend it.

haven't used it yet but we went for the Leapfrog LF920HD - we wanted a non wifi one and my partner did lots of research and this one came out on top. we trialed it before babies arrival and the image is amazing, camera is super adjustable, zoom is good and sound also seems great. it also shows room temperature and humidity level
Names LF920HD, came out on top after extensive partner research, "image is amazing", super adjustable camera, good zoom and sound, shows temperature and humidity. Pre-baby trial.
Seconding leap frog. We went for the LF2415 - it's a little bit cheaper and has all the same features. I think the monitor is not HD but since sleeping children in a dark room are not the most exciting movie to watch, we were absolutely fine with that.
Names LF2415, cheaper alternative with same features, non-HD is acceptable trade-off for price. Practical value assessment.
We quite like our Leapfrog. Only issue we have with it is how long it takes to start up. Otherwise it's got a camera and night vision, and a decent range. The battery lasts a decent length of time too.
"We quite like our Leapfrog", camera, night vision, decent range and battery. One issue: slow start-up time. Moderately positive with specific minor complaint.
