Seconded! Ours is great. You can add secondary cameras too. We still use ours after 3 years and it still works just as well. Apparently this is seen as weird in some parts, but she has night terrors/random cries in the night so we can use the camera to ascertain if she's asleep or if we need to intervene. Also she takes AGES to settle and I like to know when she's officially asleep and I can relax!
"Ours is great", 3 years of use, still works perfectly, add-on cameras supported. Practical use cases: distinguishing night terrors from real wake-ups, knowing when child is fully asleep.
Got the BT6000 and are very happy with it. Very good quality picture, the right noise sensitivity, can connect another camera and has a TalkBack function.

We bought a second hand one from eBay three years ago and it still works perfectly. No problem with reception, despite thick walls in our house. At the time we bought it, they were highly recommended by Which. We paid £65 at the time, which still seems to be the going rate for them.
"still works perfectly" after 3+ years secondhand, no reception issues through thick walls, Which? recommended, specific price (£65). Longevity even when bought used.
We've got the BT Baby Monitor 5000 and have been really happy with it over the past 2+ years. 1 camera unit and 1 parent unit, camera unit can be paired to WiFi to allow you to view in the app.
Names BT5000, "really happy with it over the past 2+ years", notes WiFi/app capability for optional phone viewing. Longevity endorsement.
If you can find a BT6000 then go for that one, it's not wifi and has a great range. Sadly I think they've stopped producing them.
Specifically recommends BT6000, "great range", non-WiFi. Notes discontinuation as downside. Strong recommendation despite availability issues.
We have the BT one and it's pretty good. Can be in next door's garden and still get signal from the front of the house!
"it's pretty good", exceptional range (next door's garden to front of house). High community agreement (21 upvotes). Practical range test.
I have a BT6000, got it second hand off Vinted for £20 & I can't complain. I bought it based on recommendations from another post here. Non-wifi (which is what I wanted), good sound and video quality, it's easy to position the camera and has a whole bunch of other features I probably won't use 😅
