I have this pack n play and I LOVE it. My daughter graduated to sleeping in it after she outgrew her bassinet. We just traveled to see family this weekend and it was super simple to set up and break down. The only thing that I added was this travel mattress, the pad is a little firm by itself. I just tuck the crib sheet over both of them and it works great, my baby has been sleeping in it for about two months now. I love it so much I bought a second one on sale to have downstairs for nap time

Just throwing it out there- I heavily contemplated the Snoo but we were already spending a ton of money on other items. So the price tag was hard to justify. I ended up going with the Graco Smartsense Bassinet and use the Owlet Camera & Sock combo. I got most of the features I wanted from the Snoo for a lot less $$ 🙂 As others mentioned, I'm sure effectiveness depends on the baby, but this combination has worked wonderfully for my baby girl.

Loved the graco pack n play! we used it for at least 3-4 months when our son was born to sleep in. We also used it for travel and it worked well for that. it waw easy to transport and not too heavy- I think he was able to fit into it up until 1.5 years then he would just sleep in between us when traveling. we used it for playing in sometimes but not often because he didn't like being confined. I had the graco pack n play close2baby play yard that had the bassinet piece and changing table piece

We did the Graco pack and play and our LO is 5 months. Still great and will be useable after removing the bassinet height, so no need to buy a crib and bassinet separately. And it packs very well if you're traveling.

My newborn is currently sleeping in the pack n play as I type this. She seems equally content in there compared to the bedside bassinet. We got the basic Graco "Kaden" pack n play where you can raise the mattress to bassinet height. No changing table or baby dome attachments.

My Graco convertible crib (Tatum) was fine and under $200 CAD. It was a little tricky lowering the mattress - the screw holes in the mattress support holes just did not want to all align and it took a lot of strength to get it screwed back in. But the only place paint chipped was where my son gnawed on it, and as soon as he started that I made a crib rail cover. I've even slept in it when my son had a rough night, and the mattress support didn't bend at all. It's nothing high end or fancy, but it was a perfectly fine crib that is now waiting for baby #2, whenever we get around to that!

Our first was big (9lbs 10oz) and we did have both a bassinet and a pack n play (graco) but on different floors. The bassinet was next to my side of the bed on the second floor and the pack n play was on the first floor. That said, we probably used them equally but if we had limited space, I would probably opt more for either a big bassinet or a pack n play that had the attachment so you can adjust the height. When he slept in it on the first floor as a newborn, he used the changing pad attachme
